Job Requirements

Strong communication skills are essential, with the ability to speak professionally with customers over the phone and via email. Previous customer service or call centre experience is preferred, along with basic computer and data entry skills. Candidates should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to remain calm when handling enquiries. Availability to work Monday to Friday is required.
