We’re recruiting a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor for a full-time permanent role based in Yatala, QLD, working within a fast-paced cold chain / FMCG operation. This role suits a proven warehouse leader who can take ownership of safety, stock accuracy, team performance and day-to-day operational standards in a temperature-controlled environment. You’ll be leading warehouse staff, forklift operators and coordinators, while working closely with management to keep the floor running properly and performance on track.
This is a genuine opportunity to join a growing national cold-chain logistics business with operations across NSW, VIC, QLD and WA. The business is preparing to move into a new purpose-built facility within the next 12 months, so this is more than a standard supervisor role. The right person will have the chance to make a real impact, help lift standards, and be part of shaping the next stage of the operation. To be successful, you’ll need solid experience in a warehouse supervisory or team lead role, ideally within cold chain, FMCG or food manufacturing. You’ll need to be comfortable with warehouse systems, Google Suite, reporting and administration, and have a sound working knowledge of HACCP and WHS. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, delegate properly, stay calm under pressure and genuinely wants to grow with the business.
